Haines Phillips Architects

Haines Phillips Architects was formed in 2007 by the amalgamation of two accomplished award-winning firms, Andrews Downie and Partners and Knight Phillips Architects. We are based in the Central London area within a short walking distance from King’s Cross St. Pancras. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice with a wealth of experience working in both private and public sectors going back more than thirty years.
Residential development, for private clients, commercial developers and social housing providers makes up most of our work. Our portfolio also includes commercial, mixed use, leisure, and arts projects, many of which also including conservation and heritage aspects such as on listed buildings. We are now three partners, Maha Phillips, Paul Lofthouse and Piers Carlisle, leading a team of architectural staff consisting typically of 6 or so people.
